License Agreement

License Grant

KINGS CASINO BLITZ LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control for personal entertainment purposes.
• Access and use the game catalog, progression systems, and all in-app features in accordance with this agreement.
• Store game progress, preferences, and user settings locally on your device.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization.
• Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.).
• Interfere with or disrupt the Software or its servers.
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or make the Software available to third parties.

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. KINGS CASINO BLITZ LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of KINGS CASINO BLITZ LTD.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Kings Casino Blitz is designed with privacy-first principles:

• No personal data is collected or transmitted to external servers.
• Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• No third-party analytics or tracking tools are integrated.
• You retain full control of your local data and can erase it at any time.

Entertainment Disclaimer

Kings Casino Blitz is a social casino entertainment application. It does not constitute real money gambling. All virtual currency, EXP, levels, rankings, and rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for real money or goods. The App is for entertainment purposes only.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KINGS CASINO BLITZ LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KINGS CASINO BLITZ LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Software.
• You must delete or destroy all copies of the Software from your devices.
• All local data associated with the Software may be deleted.

Updates and Modifications

KINGS CASINO BLITZ LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed through the App Store. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KINGS CASINO BLITZ LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
